I love when my beautiful wedding clients want to go somewhere fabulous for their engagement session. Mindy wanted their session at Biltmore! It called for terrible rain and storms all day but Mindy wanted to risk it and head on over in hopes the rain would hit once we finished. I’m not even kidding when I say that we finished up right before it hit. We both hit up the shoppes for some tasty treats and by the time I closed my car door the rain started and it RAINED!

I love so many images from this session that I couldn’t possibly pick a favorite. Did you see all of those ring shots!? You guys know ring shots are my favorite. I hope you guys enjoy and I can’t wait for their wedding!

I’m so glad we decided to do Allison and Brett’s engagement photos at Bays Mountain. It’s one of my favorite places. Some of my most favorite photos of Clint were taken there. It was a tad cold and a little damp that day but that didn’t stop Allison and Brett from being completely amazing in their photos! I can’t wait for their wedding in September!

For 2016, I decided to bring back my boudoir marathon sessions. I must say that 2016 has been THE year for boudoir for me. Boudoir photography is one of my passions. Anyone who knows me personally knows that boudoir and weddings are where my love is with photography. I can’t believe how well the marathons have turned out. I’m so glad that several of these gorgeous ladies allowed me to share their images on my website. They are all so beautiful. It was definitely hard to pick my favorites to share. I can’t wait for the marathon sessions in the coming months at Hale Springs Inn. February, March, and April have already sold out but I am booking for the May date. Send me an email at jynallenphotography@gmail.com if you’d like to set yours up. P I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I N

The Alvis family is probably my favorite family to photograph. I’m pretty sure we spend more time talking than we do actually taking photos. I’ve been taking photos of Addison since she was a tot. I’m thinking it was around 2012. If I didn’t have to plug in another external hard drive to find those photos, I would look it up to confirm. Addison is a hoot. She’s become such a professional that she comes to the sessions with her own poses in mind and they are fantastic 😉

I couldn’t share these at the time they were taken because they were a Christmas gift for Amanda’s sister. Plus, I also suck at blogging and that’s why they are being blogged in February.

Jess contacted me before Christmas about purchasing Lily a gift certificate for a photo session. It was a suprise! I love it when people do that. Seriously. Surprise your loved one with a photo session. Make those memories last a lifetime and put them on your wall. I digress… After going back and forth about location, Jess informed me that they wanted to do a vintage theme and decided to go with downtown Kingsport as the location. Can I just say that they ROCKED the retro look. I loved their session so, so much! I ended up posting all of these photos to facebook because I just couldn’t help myself 😉P I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I N
