East Tennessee Wedding Photography by Jyn Allen Photography » East Tennessee Wedding and Portrait Photography

I’m getting behind on my blog posts again. I’m going to make this a priority even if it’s just to ramble on about things like cleaning your wedding rings prior to your wedding day (Seriously. Do it.). I thought I would take a second to at least give you a peek at the wedding I’m currently editing. I had the privilege of shooting my very first destination wedding (unless North Carolina counts. Does it when you live in East Tennessee?). I was honored to be Felicia and Jason’s photographer at their wedding at Wild Dunes Resort at Isle of Palms, South Carolina. I really hope this is the first of many destination weddings. I’ll take a Charleston wedding any weekend. I mean… THE. FOOD. Now, I’m hungry. Story of my life.

I am currently booking 2017 weddings. I even have a couple of dates open in 2016. If you’d like information, click the contact link and shoot me an email. My price starts at $1200.

  • Ashley - Are you only a Tennessee wedding photographer, or do you travel as well? Love your work!ReplyCancel

Cortney and Mason were my first wedding of the season. It’s so awesome when you get to start your wedding season off with a beautiful couple and a fantastic wedding. They were married at The Millstone in Limestone, Tennessee. Cortney done a fabulous job putting together all of the details of her wedding. I loved their guestbook. You took a selfie with a Fuji Instax and hung it up. I thought that was a fabulous idea!

  • Ashley - My friend lives in your area, I believe, and is looking for a Knoxville wedding photographer. I’d love to get her in touch with you!ReplyCancel

I love when my beautiful wedding clients want to go somewhere fabulous for their engagement session. Mindy wanted their session at Biltmore! It called for terrible rain and storms all day but Mindy wanted to risk it and head on over in hopes the rain would hit once we finished. I’m not even kidding when I say that we finished up right before it hit. We both hit up the shoppes for some tasty treats and by the time I closed my car door the rain started and it RAINED!

I love so many images from this session that I couldn’t possibly pick a favorite. Did you see all of those ring shots!? You guys know ring shots are my favorite. I hope you guys enjoy and I can’t wait for their wedding!

I’m so glad we decided to do Allison and Brett’s engagement photos at Bays Mountain. It’s one of my favorite places. Some of my most favorite photos of Clint were taken there. It was a tad cold and a little damp that day but that didn’t stop Allison and Brett from being completely amazing in their photos! I can’t wait for their wedding in September!

For 2016, I decided to bring back my boudoir marathon sessions. I must say that 2016 has been THE year for boudoir for me. Boudoir photography is one of my passions. Anyone who knows me personally knows that boudoir and weddings are where my love is with photography. I can’t believe how well the marathons have turned out. I’m so glad that several of these gorgeous ladies allowed me to share their images on my website. They are all so beautiful. It was definitely hard to pick my favorites to share. I can’t wait for the marathon sessions in the coming months at Hale Springs Inn. February, March, and April have already sold out but I am booking for the May date. Send me an email at jynallenphotography@gmail.com if you’d like to set yours up. P I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I NP I N
