East Tennessee Wedding Photography by Jyn Allen Photography » East Tennessee Wedding and Portrait Photography

As soon as I met Heidi and her family, I felt like we connected. They are such an awesome group of women. They are hilarious. I think we laughed throughout the entire session. Heidi attends Morristown East High School but I met her in Rogersville at Amis Mill for her senior session. We ended her session on our farm and there are so many amazing photos that I can’t even decide which one is my favorite.

Diamond and Brodie were married at The Millstone in Greeneville, Tennessee. It’s such a beautiful, quaint venue. I would recommend it to everyone. The day started with lots of rain. It misted on and off throughout the day but the rain gods allowed us to have time throughout the day to do their photos. It stopped raining just in time for the ceremony. It was such a sweet ceremony. I love it when couples write their own vows. The bridal party was such a fun group of people. You’ll see exactly what I’m talking about when you get to the groomsmen photos! Weddings are so much more fun when everyone dances and knows how to have a good time!

Enjoy their photos.

Mason and Cortney are probably one of the sweetest couples that I’ve ever had the chance to work with. I think they knocked their session out of the park. I love when couples are in love and don’t care to show it!!!

I hope you guys like their images as much as I do.

P.S. Of course, the black and white ones are my fave. Always.

If you’ve ever had a session with me, you probably know that I rarely stick to my rule of xx of images. I can’t help myself. I feel like these are moments that you never get back and moments that you’ll treasure for a lifetime so if you have 70 images that are totally amazing then you’re going to get 70. I stopped limiting myself about 6 months or so ago. Just because that’s what every other photographer does doesn’t mean that’s what I have to do so I don’t. I must stay that I’ve been so much happier since. I’m not sitting on beautiful images that no one but me and my husband will see. This session was no exception. I believe I delivered over 100 images. And I love every single one.

Our original location ended up being a bust but I’m glad. The light. Oh, that sweet light. There was a small little pocket of light right off of a construction area and it was amazing. I’m sure Wendy thought I was nuts but I hope she doesn’t think I’m so crazy now. I have so many favorites from this session. It was hard to choose which ones to share.

Enjoy.

  • tracy - What a beautiful maternity sesssion! I love all of her outfit choices!ReplyCancel

This is my best friend and she’s getting married. I’m going to be in her wedding AND be the photographer. We still have no idea how exactly we are going to make that happen (other than Clint shooting the ceremony) but we will. It should be pretty fun.

We done their engagement session on their farm in Surgoinsville, Tennessee. I was very excited that she wanted to do a fire because I’ve always thought about putting an engagement ring in the middle of a s’more. Nikki’s sapphire engagement ring looks freakin’ amazing in it too. No s’mores were wasted during this photo shoot.

xx
