Sarah and Tyler’s wedding at the Chateau Selah was one that dreams are made of. We had done Sarah’s bridals at the Chateau earlier so I was so excited about their wedding day. That venue is so pretty, and it has gorgeous views. You cannot go wrong with having your wedding at that location. Sarah described her wedding as elegant shabby chic, and I think that about covered it. Her color palette was full of neutral colors with dusty rose thrown in the mix. It was beautiful.
Sarah and Tyler chose to do a First Look (YEEEEESSSSSS! I love First Looks, y’all. Everyone should do one.) and Tyler’s reaction was so sweet. As soon as they saw each other, you could feel all of the love. There’s nothing that makes a wedding photographer twitterpated more than photographing two people that are crazy about each other.
The wedding ceremony was perfect. Their friends and family were so happy for them. I love that. Plus, have you seen their friends and family? My Lord. They look like they all stepped out of a magazine. I’ve never seen a prettier bunch of photogenic people in my life! Sarah’s mom, Suzanne, owns Let Them Eat Cake and made their cakes! Can you believe that?! I love a good DIY, and I’m always blown away when it ends up being a delicious cake.
Sarah and Tyler’s reception goes down as one of my favorites. I love seeing everyone on the dance floor having the time of their life. They came to celebrate!
