Kingsport Water Maternity Session // Melanie

One of the cool things about your friend having a baby is that you get to do whatever photo sessions you want! It’s exciting. I was so stoked for this session with Melanie because this is the type of session I had planned for myself and wasn’t able to do (preemie baby). I don’t think Melanie had been pregnant very long at all when I was like “WE ARE DOING A WATER SESSION!” Yes. I probably did scream it at her. I think it turned out even better than I had in my head. The gold dress was perfect for the session. Golden yellow is one of my favorite colors to photograph especially in this type of setting. I’m in love with the black and white images. I’m not sure I could even pick if I had to choose between the black and white and color. I love them both so much.
